(新春走基層)古法榨糖涅槃重生 “甜蜜”產(chǎn)業(yè)助鄉(xiāng)村振興中新網(wǎng)寧德1月26日電 (余汕康 陳容)新春佳節(jié)期間,福建省寧德蕉城區(qū)赤溪鎮(zhèn)黃田村里,作社糖蔗種植基地和古法糖體驗中心隨處可見工人割糖蔗、加工紅糖的忙碌影,空氣中糖香四溢。在田村古法榨糖體驗中心內一架木制水車在水流帶動高速運轉,并帶動上下兩石碾轉動碾壓一根根新鮮蔗。隨之,鮮甜蔗汁順流出,青綠色的蔗汁沉淀后便被搬運到灶臺進行煮糖煮糖灶,是一個巨大的土子,上面排列著五口鐵鍋前一后四。“根據(jù)糖水的和程度不同及灶腔內前后力不同,依次調整不同鐵中的糖汁。”煮糖師傅稱蔗水越煮越稠,水分蒸發(fā)盡,等到鍋內糖漿含水量十分之一以下時,便可起。起鍋火候的掌握,最見夫。只見煮糖師傅先將手于涼水中,赤手快速伸入中挖出一小團沸騰的糖漿再迅速放入涼水中,在水用手不斷揉搓。片刻,一略帶溫熱、糯潤香甜的“蛋”便躍然手掌間。起鍋,師傅將紅糖分裝,再撒花生和芝麻,一塊塊成品糖便制作完成?!捌匠4?買糖都認準來自黃田村的糖,香味醇厚,甜而不膩沒想到榨糖工藝這么精細復雜?!睂幍率忻駞桥?節(jié)期間帶著孩子來到黃田體驗古法榨糖工藝后嘖嘖奇,“與孩子一同榨糖不增進親子感情,還能了解糖的傳統(tǒng)工藝及歷史,我得很有意義。”種蔗歷史久的黃田村,所產(chǎn)手工古紅糖久負盛名。然而,在代機械化制糖工藝的沖擊,工藝繁雜的黃田村古法糖產(chǎn)業(yè)也曾一度沉寂。為興古法榨糖產(chǎn)業(yè),黃田村成集古法榨糖生產(chǎn)加工、工體驗、文化展示、旅游光等功能于一體的古法榨體驗中心,流轉土地150余畝作為配套種植糖蔗區(qū)實現(xiàn)了古法榨糖產(chǎn)業(yè)涅槃生?!包S田村大力發(fā)展甘、紅糖等特色產(chǎn)業(yè),每年12月至次年新春時節(jié),糖蔗成熟,糖廠就開始熱鬧起,我們邊制作邊銷售?!?田村黨支部書記、村主任鄭為說,目前主要生產(chǎn)方糖、姜糖、粉糖等多種手紅糖。除了線下批發(fā)零售,黃田村還嘗試線上直播售,2022年共銷售手工紅糖逾12噸,總產(chǎn)值24萬元,紅糖全產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈產(chǎn)值計為30萬到40萬元。依托赤溪千畝高優(yōu)農(nóng)業(yè)示范區(qū),黃田村由黨支部牽頭企業(yè)開展“村企共建”,過村集體投資入股、打造訂單農(nóng)業(yè)”等多種新營銷式,推動“企業(yè)發(fā)展、村增收、村民致富”三方共。同時,黃田村黨支部領合作社提供蔗苗給村民種,再向村民回收成熟作物村民不再需要擔心銷路問,充分調動了村民積極性推動甘蔗、紅糖特色產(chǎn)業(yè)展?!跋啾纫郧暗膯我划a(chǎn)結構,村子收入翻了幾番”黃鄭為說,村子總收入原來的一年十余萬元,增到如今的七十余萬元,村人均年收入達到兩萬多元鄉(xiāng)村特色產(chǎn)業(yè)不僅讓村民錢袋子鼓了起來,村容村也日新月異。黃田村聚焦礎設施建設,實施河道清整治、舊街立面改造、房屋后美化等一系列鄉(xiāng)村治措施,不斷提升鄉(xiāng)村“顏”?!拔覀兎e極推動基礎施建設,探索農(nóng)文旅融合展新模式、新業(yè)態(tài),激發(fā)村振興內生動力?!秉S鄭說,如今的黃田村基礎設全面提升、村容村貌煥然新、村民收入不斷增長,現(xiàn)了一個默默無聞的山區(qū)村莊到省級鄉(xiāng)村振興試點的華麗轉變。(完) 編輯:秦?

央視網(wǎng)消息(焦點訪):繼續(xù)聚焦“總書的牽掛”。今天我們探訪的是甘肅深山溝里的兩個小村莊。2013年2月,習近平總書記先后來到定西市源縣元古堆村和臨夏族自治州東鄉(xiāng)族自治布楞溝村,入戶看望黨員和困難群眾。“瘠甲于天下”曾是這的真實寫照。吃水難行路難的困苦幾乎遍這里的每個貧困村莊那一年,總書記給村們帶了年貨。他對干群眾說,黨和政府高重視扶貧開發(fā)工作,別是高度重視少數(shù)民和民族地區(qū)的發(fā)展,定會給鄉(xiāng)親們更多支和幫助,鄉(xiāng)親們要發(fā)自強自立精神,找準展路子、苦干實干,日改變貧困面貌?!?點訪談》記者曾經(jīng)兩探訪這兩個村莊,目了這里的人們一步一從外到內的變化。從肅省會蘭州出發(fā)向南約一小時就能抵達臨回族自治州東鄉(xiāng)族自縣布楞溝村。春節(jié)前,村里的孩子明顯多起來,去年剛剛完成村莊風貌改造,讓布溝村更添了幾分古樸味。馬麥志是記者每幾年都會來拜訪的老友。2013年,習近平總書記曾經(jīng)翻山越,來到海拔1900多米的布楞溝村。馬麥就是當年習近平總書曾經(jīng)走訪過的農(nóng)戶。時候的布楞溝村是東縣最窮的地方——干、缺水、交通不便,眾就醫(yī)難、上學難、收難。把水引來,把修通,把新農(nóng)村建設,讓貧困群眾盡早脫,過上小康生活,這總書記對布楞溝村發(fā)的囑托。2019年是總書記到訪布楞鐘山村的第六年,馬麥志已覺得自己的村莊好得得了。他對記者說:現(xiàn)在水有了,路通了新房子住上了,總書的囑托也實現(xiàn)了。”是四年過去,馬麥志生活又有什么新變化?馬麥志說:“比以交通方便得很,公交也通上了,去達坂鎮(zhèn)方便了。”一個多月,布楞溝村剛剛通了然氣,馬麥志正準備別人家里去看看。這人家養(yǎng)了很多花,這過去的布楞溝村可是少見。聽說馬麥志是看天然氣的,馬一代立刻炫耀起自己新買燃氣爐。馬一代來家潔的天然氣,馬麥志動心,他決定年后就燃氣爐也置辦上。村年年都有新變化,可在的變化和過去又有不同。馬麥志說:“認識的會說,這不是楞溝的娃娃,這是縣的娃娃?,F(xiàn)在的娃娃上學,普通話都會寫他們口才也都很好,化大得很。”每次有體來,馬麥志總要帶記者去他的老屋轉轉老屋現(xiàn)在已經(jīng)變成了史館,滿墻的照片都曾經(jīng)的回憶。不怪馬志一時凌亂,因為折二級公路原本就是懸飛架而來,一橋飛架北,將這個曾經(jīng)遙遠塞的小村莊一下子拉了四通八達的公路網(wǎng)馬麥志的大兒子馬有今年元旦前剛剛買了轎車,熱乎勁還不到個月。每天,他都會著新修的折紅公路送弟馬建忠到東鄉(xiāng)經(jīng)濟發(fā)區(qū)去上班。馬建忠年就要大學畢業(yè)了,在正是實習期。東鄉(xiāng)濟開發(fā)區(qū)是專門以解就業(yè)為目的的工業(yè)園。目前這里有50家企業(yè),吸納了附近的9700名東鄉(xiāng)群眾在此就業(yè)。作為大梁書生,馬忠實習期拿到了3000元的工資,這讓他非常滿意錫山工作得也很勁。十年前,總書記正在上初中的他送了個書包、一盒文具和本詞典。他的人生從改變。馬建忠說:“前像我哥那樣就早早去打工了,總書記來之后,把我爸爸媽媽種思想改變了一下,持我們讀書?!贝汗?jié)后,布楞溝村還有20個村民也要和馬建忠樣到經(jīng)濟開發(fā)區(qū)來工。而在開發(fā)區(qū)的另一,一條聯(lián)通省城的高公路正在規(guī)劃中。村的年輕人正憧憬著嶄的未來,留在村里,有很好的工作;去往市蘭州,路程也不過把小時。城市與鄉(xiāng)村界限已經(jīng)模糊。他們人生就像這條劈山而的公路,通暢便捷、有阻礙。2013年春節(jié)前夕,習近平總書還去了定西市的元古村考察調研,在老黨馬崗老人的家里,他過了馬崗老人的孫子海龍遞過來的一瓢水看著這個破破爛爛的度貧困村,他囑咐干群眾,咱們一塊兒努,把日子越過越紅火郭連兵是元古堆村兩班子的帶頭人。2013年,總書記來到這個村時,史記連兵因為中當歸賣得好,是村子少數(shù)日子過得不錯的村干部向總書記介紹他。幾個月后,定西里要選派一批有致富望的青年到福建農(nóng)村訓,郭連兵被選上了在這次培訓即將結束,2013年4月18日,郭連兵寫下了入申請書。回村后,郭兵申請了村委會的公崗位,開始邊學邊干后來,村委會換屆選,郭連兵當選了村主。2020年,記者也曾來到這個村莊采訪當時的元古堆村已經(jīng)貧,郭連兵正帶著村部努力摸索鄉(xiāng)村振興路徑。那一年,村民玉成剛剛承包了40畝地種百合。2023年春節(jié)前,記者再次來元古堆??吹皆癯?家里新買了一輛汽油、一輛電動車。堂屋安上了天花板,院子搭上了陽光棚。今天遠古堆村已經(jīng)看不出年“苦瘠甲于天下”困頓模樣。他們立足地優(yōu)勢,大力推廣中藥種植和旅游業(yè)發(fā)展克服困難,堅持建設發(fā)展的步子始終未停今年春節(jié),游客回升元古堆村各項設施均就緒,一臺“土味”歡會更是掀起快樂高。 編輯:張娟
