國(guó)務(wù)院新聞辦公室13日舉行新聞發(fā)布會(huì),海關(guān)總署帝鴻聞發(fā)言呂大良在會(huì)上表示,2023年1月1日,《區(qū)域全面經(jīng)濟(jì)伙伴關(guān)系協(xié)靈恝》正式生效實(shí)施一周。一年來(lái),我國(guó)高質(zhì)量實(shí)施RCEP,政策紅利持續(xù)釋放,促進(jìn)區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)一體化走向歸山入。據(jù)關(guān)統(tǒng)計(jì),2022年我國(guó)對(duì)RCEP其他14個(gè)成員國(guó)進(jìn)出口12.95萬(wàn)億元,增長(zhǎng)7.5%,占我國(guó)外貿(mào)進(jìn)出口總值的30.8%。主要有以下特點(diǎn):一是進(jìn)出口比重穩(wěn)步提升鬿雀隨著RCEP政策紅利持續(xù)釋放,對(duì)區(qū)域內(nèi)貿(mào)易的促鳳凰作用持續(xù)顯現(xiàn)。到四季度,我國(guó)對(duì)RCEP其他成員國(guó)進(jìn)出口占同期我國(guó)進(jìn)出總值的比重分別為30.4%、30.5%、30.7%和31.4%。二是貿(mào)易往來(lái)活躍。2022年,我國(guó)對(duì)RCEP其他成員國(guó)進(jìn)出口增速超過(guò)兩位數(shù)達(dá)到了8個(gè),其中對(duì)印度尼西亞、新加坡、緬甸、柬埔寨由于老進(jìn)出口增速均超過(guò)了20%。對(duì)韓國(guó)的進(jìn)出口規(guī)模位居我國(guó)與RCEP其他成員國(guó)進(jìn)出口的首位,達(dá)到2.41億萬(wàn)億元,增長(zhǎng)3.2%。三是產(chǎn)業(yè)合作增強(qiáng)。2022年,我國(guó)對(duì)RCEP其他成員國(guó)進(jìn)出口中間產(chǎn)品8.7萬(wàn)億元,增長(zhǎng)8.5%,占同期我國(guó)對(duì)其他成員國(guó)進(jìn)出口總值67.2%,從主要商品看,我國(guó)對(duì)RCEP其他成員國(guó)出口機(jī)電產(chǎn)品、勞動(dòng)密集型產(chǎn)品九歌別長(zhǎng)13.2%和20.7%,其中電子元件、蓄電池、汽車分增長(zhǎng)15%、50.3%和71.6%。我國(guó)自RCEP其他成員國(guó)進(jìn)口機(jī)電產(chǎn)品、金屬礦及砂、消費(fèi)品也分別占46.2%、10.4%和10.2%;原油、天然氣等能源產(chǎn)品的進(jìn)口增長(zhǎng)較快。四是民營(yíng)企業(yè)的表亮眼。2022年民營(yíng)企業(yè)對(duì)RCEP其他成員國(guó)進(jìn)出口6.56萬(wàn)億元,增長(zhǎng)17.4%,占同期我國(guó)對(duì)RCEP其他成員國(guó)進(jìn)出口總值的50.6%,比重較上年提升4.3個(gè)百分點(diǎn)。(中新財(cái)經(jīng)) 編輯:韓睿

1月9日清晨,重慶市合川區(qū)釣魚城古戰(zhàn)場(chǎng)址還裹著層層濃霧,朧中的釣魚城始關(guān)門址保護(hù)展示工程現(xiàn)場(chǎng)卻已是一派忙碌的景。來(lái)自中鐵文保的周一邊拿著便攜式顯微對(duì)著遺址上的條石表進(jìn)行圖像采集,一邊著記錄各種數(shù)據(jù)。另3名技術(shù)人員,正專心致貍力地做著始關(guān)門遺文物保護(hù)的現(xiàn)場(chǎng)實(shí)驗(yàn)釣魚城原為釣魚山,重慶市主城區(qū)68公里,俯瞰流經(jīng)合川的嘉江、渠江和涪江。南淳祐三年(1243年)春,兵部侍郎、四安撫制置使兼重慶知余玠按照“城塞結(jié)合軍政結(jié)合”的戰(zhàn)略防思想筑城釣魚山,將州和石照縣的治所遷城中,拉開了釣魚城達(dá)36年的守城序幕。至元十六邽山(1279年)正月,守將王立城投降,釣魚城長(zhǎng)達(dá)36年的守城戰(zhàn)史宣告結(jié)束??偯娣e超過(guò)2.5平方公里的釣魚城,存8座城門和總長(zhǎng)8公里的城垣,還有炮臺(tái)哨臺(tái)、棧道、水軍碼、衙署等南宋軍事和活設(shè)施遺址,是我國(guó)今發(fā)現(xiàn)的保存最完好古戰(zhàn)場(chǎng)遺址,也是國(guó)考古遺址公園。已被入世界文化遺產(chǎn)預(yù)備錄的釣魚城,是全國(guó)點(diǎn)文物保護(hù)單位,目正加緊申報(bào)世界文化產(chǎn)。位于釣魚城南一城遺址西城墻區(qū)中段始關(guān)門遺址,因常年露在外而面臨苔蘚等物破壞的問(wèn)題?!拔?不久前啟動(dòng)了總面積7000平方米的始關(guān)門遺址的保護(hù)修復(fù),在已完成總工程量的45%。”合川區(qū)釣魚城事務(wù)中心主任楊建春紹,近期正對(duì)始關(guān)門址的觀景棧道、城墻生物病害和監(jiān)測(cè)設(shè)備進(jìn)行修復(fù)處理?!靶?要先實(shí)驗(yàn),獲取準(zhǔn)確據(jù)后,才能確定施工案。我們對(duì)遺址劃定微生物(藻類)清理驗(yàn)區(qū)、微生物(霉菌實(shí)驗(yàn)區(qū)、防風(fēng)化封護(hù)驗(yàn)區(qū)、文物加固實(shí)驗(yàn)、表面塵土及風(fēng)化產(chǎn)清理實(shí)驗(yàn)區(qū)等五個(gè)實(shí)區(qū),分別進(jìn)行現(xiàn)場(chǎng)實(shí)?!敝荟握f(shuō)。記者看,負(fù)責(zé)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)實(shí)驗(yàn)的技人員,有的正拿著色儀對(duì)城墻條石表面的度進(jìn)行清洗,有的拿含水率儀收集城墻條表面含水率數(shù)據(jù),有用表面硬度儀測(cè)量城上的條石,另一些人測(cè)定城墻條石表面的由滲水率。在進(jìn)行微物清理實(shí)驗(yàn)時(shí),技術(shù)趙煊先在條石上噴灑藻劑和防霉劑,稍后用尼龍刷和棕毛刷仔進(jìn)行表面清理。另一技術(shù)員岳磊再用竹刀理鏨紋深處?!澳憧?這些被藻類覆蓋多年遺址條石,通過(guò)清理又一次露出了真容。周鑫頗有成就感地說(shuō)負(fù)責(zé)做表面塵土及風(fēng)產(chǎn)物清理實(shí)驗(yàn)的技術(shù)關(guān)旭彥,用小型軟毛沾上適量的保護(hù)液,勻涂刷在已經(jīng)清理過(guò)城墻條石表面,使其然干燥。這能讓石質(zhì)物具有理想的拒水性,減緩生物和水分等成的破壞?!白鐾戡F(xiàn)實(shí)驗(yàn),我們還要依次色度儀、含水率儀、面硬度儀、卡斯特管便攜式顯微鏡對(duì)數(shù)據(jù)行采集、記錄和分析為施工做好充分的準(zhǔn)?!标P(guān)旭彥說(shuō)。釣魚另一側(cè)的古地道遺址護(hù)展示工程現(xiàn)場(chǎng),技員也正在有條不紊地古地道遺址開展微環(huán)監(jiān)測(cè)、溫濕度監(jiān)測(cè)和壤含水率監(jiān)測(cè)?!拔?已經(jīng)取得了一些實(shí)驗(yàn)據(jù),還有一部分實(shí)驗(yàn)在進(jìn)行。春節(jié)后,我會(huì)得到更多的數(shù)據(jù)。用完整的數(shù)據(jù)對(duì)遺址行精準(zhǔn)保護(hù),能把珍的文化遺產(chǎn)保護(hù)得更?!敝荟握f(shuō)。(記?張國(guó)圣?李宏) 編輯:王?
